Working on the principle that all of the body can be worked on via the feet. The feet have thousands of nerves that in turn trigger the whole body. A deeply relaxing treatment perfect for those of you who prefer to remain clothed but want a full body treatment. Thai foot techniques can be used.

Reiki 60mins £45
It is hard to explain what Reiki is as it is your own unique experience. We are all made of energy and we and everything has a vibrational frequency. As a Reiki Therapist I am like a conduit for the energy to facilitate your own body to heal. You do the healing. It is a deeply relaxing therapy that can help with stress, sleep issues, trauma, grief and many other life situations that can bring us down. See here
